About Us
Boss Burrito was established 2017 in Paducah, Kentucky by Jose Hernandez what started out as a food truck that he started with his daughter Laura Hernandez, has now grown into two different locations. Boss Burrito is known for the big burrito, but it doesn't stop there you can nachos, taco salad, tacos, burrito bowls and so much more! Everything from salsa, tamales and even our hard shell tacos are made in house!

We heard about Boss Burrito from a co-worker and decided to give them a try. I can't say enough good things about them. I had a chicken taco salad and my husband a burrito. That burrito was HUGE!! We liked choosing what we wanted for toppings too. Everything was delicious. The ladies were very friendly. We will definitely recommend and will be going back to try other things.
